Developed by Detroit Rising Development, The Complex444 collective removes the burden of large overhead seen at strip malls or in the central business district while providing an intriguing, curious customer journey robust with art, food and retail culture. As the Detroit Shipping Co. Phase 2, the Complex444 drives more foot traffic, energy, and working professionals to the neighborhood with the goal of supporting all local businesses.

Complex tenants have direct access to Detroit Shipping Co.’s 250,000 annual visitors, offering the benefit from the existence of the others. The 21,900 square foot mixed retail and office space collective features ground floor micro-retail spaces, including one anchor tenant space on the eastern end. The second floor consists of private micro-office space, with shared amenities at each end of the floor with reservable space. The third floor features a large single tenant space with a expansive city skyline-facing glass wall and outdoor terrace.
